What is the most important thing you do at the beginning of each year to set yourself up for your best year ever?

That was the question Michael Hyatt asked of over 30+ high achieving, HUGELY successful entrepreneurs and leaders.

Michael assembled their responses in a beautifully designed PDF / eBook that he is giving aware for FREE!

It’s actually titled “The 8 Strategies Super-Successful High Achievers Use to Prepare for the New Year.” I loved it and found it really insightful as I plan for 2015. I hope you will too.

Some ideas are tactical, some are mindset shifts. Take this example by Jon Acuff that spoke to me…

The most important thing I do at the beginning of a new year is leave the old year where it fell. It’s good to learn from the year you just lived, but if you stare at it too long, regret over the opportunities you missed or mistakes you made will blossom. – Jon Acuff

Lesson for me: Glance back but keep looking forward. Learn from the past but don’t stay there. Progress is forward momentum.

By the way, here is the list of who contributed to the PDF / eBook: Michael Hyatt, Tony Robbins, John Maxwell, Jon Gordon, Dave Ramsey, Andy Andrews, Jeff Walker, Jon Acuff, Ryan Blair, Marie Forleo, Amy Porterfield, Lysa TerKeurst, Andy Stanley, Chalene Johnson, Lewis Howes, Skip Prichard, Daniel Harkavy, Ray Edwards, Erik Fisher, Robert D. Smith, Jeff Goins, Derek Halpern, Andrew Warner, Crystal Paine, Chris Ducker, Casey Graham, Pat Flynn, Chris Brogan, and Stu McLaren.

This is a list of people who know how to get things done. People who have overcome challenges, the same challenges you face, and have succeeded in significant ways.

Take advantage of what they have to say and make your 2015 your best year ever. Download the PDF here.

One final thought… like most things in life, simply reading about what others do won’t matter much unless you apply what you learn.

Knowledge is only power when it’s applied. [Tweet That]

Let me encourage you to make a commitment to yourself to take action. Don’t try to do everything but pick something. Focus on it and build on it. Big change is often started by small progress.

And, if you are someone who really wants to take things to a new level in 2015… I’d suggest you watch this and sign up for this. Your future self will thank you. I’m quite positive of that.
